Poster Presentation Instructions

Posters are displayed Thursday through Saturday, September 5-7 and are available for viewing from approximately 6:00 am-5:00 pm, daily.

Please Note: Poster presenters will need to be available to answer questions the Poster Sessions on the Scientific Program.

Poster Preparation Instructions:

1. Please do not make your poster any larger than 47 inches wide and 44 inches high. If you need assistance with printing your Poster please go to www.posternerd.com/products/scientific-posters/matte-paper-poster.  You are not required to print your poster through this website, we are only providing the information to assist with the process.
2. Push pins will be needed to attach the poster to the poster board.
3. Please bring any handout materials you would like to provide for viewer’s reference.
4. Poster set-up is scheduled for Wednesday, September 4, 12:00-5:00 pm. Please have your poster set-up no later than 5:00 pm.
5. Poster tear-down is scheduled for Saturday, September 7 at 12:15 pm. Posters that are not removed by then will be discarded.
