ePoster Presentation Requirements

To confirm you will present please go to https://www.xcdsystem.com/datatrace/abstract/index.cfm?ID=0y6lYCf to accept the invitation to present the abstract by July 31st. ePoster presentations will be submitted through ePostersLive and are due August 18th. You will receive further instructions from ePostersLive on how to submit your ePoster. All ePosters must be submitted prior to the Annual Meeting.

You may submit your abstract as a traditional ePoster or a video presentation. ePostersLive will provide you with the information needed to submit the presentation, but it is your choice of what you submit for the COS Annual Meeting. ePosters should be submitted in PowerPoint format and Videos in mp4 format.

Plaques will be awarded to the top Posters and ePosters. Poster and ePoster awards will be presented on Saturday afternoon during the Award Presentation section of the program and winners are requested to be present to receive the award.
