Please carefully read the instructions below
regarding the creation and submission of your ePoster.

Presenters have the option to submit either a PDF or a video file. Please note that you may choose only one format, as submitting both is not permitted.

Below, you’ll find a brief overview of the submission process to help guide you. We hope this will make the experience smooth and engaging for all presenters.
 
ePoster Submission
For every accepted ePoster, there is a Submission Code. The Submission Code that you need to enter for submitting each of your accepted ePosters was sent to you in an email. 

Option 1: Single PDF

Creation of your ePoster

These instructions are written for PowerPoint, but are applicable to any other software you may wish to use. Use PowerPoint 2013 or newer, and set the dimensions of your ePoster to 140 cm (55 in) width x 70 cm (27.5 in) height, in landscape orientation.

  • Number of pages (slides): one (1). 
  • Make sure your text and background have a large contrast (dark lettering on a light background or the reverse).
  • For embedded images prefer .jpeg or .png file formats in a resolution of 72 or 96 dpi. 
  • Do not use animated effects, “animations” and videos.
  • Before submitting, save your ePoster as a PDF file. All recent versions of PowerPoint and most other software applications allow you to save your ePoster as a PDF file from the "File > Save as" menu or through the "File > Print > as .PDF" option. If you are unsure of how to save your ePoster as a PDF file you can find more information and tutorials on our Support Center at support.scigentech.com. 

Option 2: Video

Creation of your Video

The following notes will help you with the preparation of your video presentation. Please read the notes carefully and do not hesitate to contact us if anything is unclear.

  • Prepare a single video file, in .mp4 format.
  • Note the maximum allowed file-size of 500MB.
  • Ensure that your Video protects patient anonymity and integrity.
  • Include clear audio narration - voice-over is encouraged for better presentation
  • Minimum 720p resolution recommended for clear viewing
  • Keep presentations between 10-15 minutes for optimal engagement


Submission of your ePoster

To submit your ePoster please follow the steps below:

  • Navigate to the following address on the Internet: https://cos.epostersubmission.com/.
  • Click on either 'Submit PDF Only' or 'Submit Video Only,' depending on your preferred format.
  • Follow the instructions to complete your submission.

Important notice: 
The deadline for submitting your ePoster is Wednesday, August 18, 11:59 p.m (EDT)
